§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Anyone who violates § 50.01(G) or (H) is subject to the penalties explained in Chapters 1404 and 1406 of the Village Property Maintenance Code.
