§ 139.05 RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENT OR GUARDIAN.
   It shall be unlawful for any parent, guardian, or adult person having the care and custody of a person under the age of 18 years to allow or permit such person under the age of 18 years to be or remain upon any public street, alley, sidewalk, park, playground, place of amusement and entertainment, or other unsupervised places as provided in §§ 139.02 through 139.04.
