(A) From October 1 through November 5 of each year, it shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years to be or remain upon any public street, sidewalk, alley, park, playground, place of amusement and entertainment, or other unsupervised places between the hours of 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. of the following day.
(B) The provisions of this section do not apply to a minor accompanied by his or her parent, guardian, or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor or to a minor who is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business, or activity directed by his or her parent, guardian, or other adult person having the care and custody of such minor.
