§ 150.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Violations of § 150.021 constitute a simple misdemeanor. Each day such violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (C)   (1)   Any owner, agent or occupant who shall fail, refuse or neglect to comply with the provisions of §§ 150.055 through 150.059 shall be deemed guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
      (2)   Whenever any structure is occupied contrary to the provisions of this code, the Building and Zoning Officer may order such occupancy discontinued by notice served on any persons causing such occupancy within ten days after receipt of such notice.

   (D)   Anyone violating any of the provisions of §§ 150.090 through 150.105 shall, upon conviction, be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99. The violating party may also be made the subject of a municipal infraction citation pursuant to § 10.12.
