§ 131.20 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   MINOR. Any person under the age of 18 enrolled in a public, private or parochial school within the corporate limits of the city.

   TRUANT. To be absent from school at a time when attendance is required.
