§ 112.15 TEMPORARY OUTDOOR SERVICE.
   (A)   TEMPORARY OUTDOOR SERVICE shall mean a site for which a license or permit is requested to serve alcoholic beverages in an outdoor service area for a period not to exceed five days.
   (B)   The temporary outdoor service area shall be exempt from the requirements of § 112.12(A) (permanent fence), § 112.12(C) (restrooms), § 112.12(D) (permanent floor), § 112.12(E) (yard setback), § 112.14(B) (sound amplification and live music) and § 112.14(E) (entrance from licensed premises) of this chapter.
   (C)   A temporary outdoor service area shall be enclosed by a retainer at least 48 inches in height. The retainer may consist of snow fence, field fence or flexible plastic fencing, but shall be firmly anchored to prevent movement.
   (D)   A temporary outdoor service area shall be subject to such other reasonable requirements of the Police and Fire Departments for the particular site and activity proposed.
