§ 112.14 OUTDOOR SERVICE AREA OPERATIONS.
   All outdoor service areas shall be operated in accordance with the following requirements.
   (A)   At least one agent or employee of the licensee or permittee shall be designated to serve and supervise the outdoor service area when the area is open and occupied. When more than 15 customers occupy the outdoor service area, at least one agent or employee shall be physically present in the outdoor service area.
   (B)   No sound amplification device or system and no live music production shall be permitted in an outdoor service area before 9:00 a.m. or after 10:00 p.m. local time Sunday through Thursday and after 11:00 p.m. local time on Friday and Saturday.
   (C)   Alcoholic beverages may be served in an outdoor service area only in open containers.
   (D)   No outdoor service area shall be operated so as to constitute a public nuisance.
   (E)   Entrance to the outdoor service area shall be provided only from the interior of the licensed premises.
