§ 95.057 USE OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   (A)   No person shall place, construct or maintain any utility in any public right-of-way in the city except in strict conformance with the provisions of this subchapter.
   (B)   Any placement or construction of a utility in a public right-of-way not in strict conformance with the provisions of this subchapter shall constitute a violation of this code, punishable as provided herein. A separate violation shall be deemed to have been committed during each calendar day in which a utility is placed, constructed or maintained in violation of this subchapter.
   (C)   Further, the city may require the immediate removal of any such utility, and the city may, at the owner’s expense, accomplish such removal.
