§ 93.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Violation of § 93.041 may be prosecuted by a municipal infraction citation, independently of the provisions of §§ 93.040 through 93.045.

   (C)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 93.060 through 93.071 shall be fined as provided in section § 10.99.

   (D)   Any person who owns or controls property upon which there exists an unused motor vehicle in violation of §§ 93.085 through 93.088 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99.

   (E)   A violation of any provision of §§ 93.120 through 93.133 shall constitute a simple misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in § 10.99. A violation of the provisions of §§ 93.120 through 93.133 may also result in the commencement of a municipal infraction proceeding by the city against the violator pursuant to § 10.12.
