§ 90.06 DRIVING ON SIDEWALKS; PUBLIC PLACES.

It shall be unlawful to drive, ride, lead, place or allow any animal or vehicle upon any public way or leave the same standing on or across any footway or crossing; except, that any person may lead, drive or ride any animal over any sidewalk into a lot or building with the consent of the occupant or owner.
