§ 90.04 CARELESS HANDLING; COLLIDING.

It shall be unlawful to drive, ride or direct, cause or permit to be driven or ridden any horse or other animal, carriage or vehicle, in a careless and improper manner or cause or allow any animal or vehicle to collide with any person, vehicle or other thing.
