§ 52.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Violation of any provision of § 52.10 shall be a simple misdemeanor. The fine for a first violation of § 52.10 by a person during a 12-month period shall not be less than $105, and the fine for a second violation of § 52.10 by the same individual in a 12-month period shall be $200.
