(A) The installation within the county road right-of-way of drainage tile lines and similar structures running parallel with and within the right-of-way is hereby prohibited.
(B) The placement of drainage tile lines made approximately perpendicular to county road rights-of-way may only be made at grade, and any damage to said lines by routine maintenance activities conducted by the county shall be at the sole risk and responsibility of the property owner.
(C) Roadside ditches along the county roads shall not be excavated for the sole purpose of providing an outlet for drainage tile lines from adjoining property.
