(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any landowner violating § 153.26 shall be fined a penal sum equal to $4,000 per mile of ditch, or increment thereof, but in no case less than $400 dollars for each violation which requires cleaning by the County Highway Department. Such fine shall be assessed and collected through the County Circuit Court as an infraction.
