§ 112.11 PROHIBITED BODY ART.
   The following types of body art shall not be performed by any body artist or body art establishment in the county:
   (A)   Any practice considered a medical or dental procedure by the state statute, regulation, or medical or dental licensing board; and/or
   (B)   TONGUE SPLITTING, as defined in § 112.02.
