§ 112.07 BODY ARTIST MINIMUM TRAINING, CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS.
   All body artists, anyone employed by the body art establishment, and anyone acting on behalf of the establishment who has a reasonably anticipated risk for skin, eye, mucous membrane, or parenteral contact with blood or OPIM shall complete the following training prior to engaging in any activity related to performance of a body procedure, or otherwise being employed in or around a body art establishment, and annually thereafter.
   (A)   A blood-borne pathogen training session conducted by the American Red Cross meeting the requirements of the IOSHA’s blood borne pathogens standard.
   (B)   A CPR and basic first aid class certified by the American Red Cross.
   (C)   The body art establishment’s policies on handling of infectious waste.
