(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any manager or employee of any license branch in the county who issues any registration or license plates without obtaining the proper evidence of payment of all personal property, as stated in § 36.08, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine in a sum not to exceed $100.
