1731.10 HEARING AND RECORDS.

All hearings before the Building Official shall be open to the public. The Building Official shall keep minutes of the proceedings, keep records of examinations and other official actions, prepare findings, and record of the decision upon each question. All minutes and records shall be kept on file and shall be a public record. (A.O.; Passed 4-7-22)
