1321.04 ACCESSORY STRUCTURES.
   (a)   Minimum Yard Regulations for Unattached Accessory Structures in R Districts. Accessory structures, which are not attached to a principal structure, may be erected in accordance with the following restrictions, except that private garages need not be set back from the rear or side lot lines if two or more abutting garages on adjacent lots are attached by mutual consent of the owners.
      (1)   No accessory structure is located closer than five feet to the side and rear lot lines.
      (2)   No accessory structure is located closer to the street than the street wall of the principal structure.
      (3)   No accessory structure is located closer to a principal structure than ten feet.
   (b)   Minimum Yard Regulations for Attached Accessory Structures in R Districts. When an accessory structure is attached to the principal building, it shall comply in all respects with the requirements of this Zoning Ordinance applicable to the principal buildings.
