1317.01 SCHEDULES I AND II.
    The restrictions and controls intended to regulate development in each zone district are set forth in the attached Schedules I and II, which are supplemented by other sections of this Zoning Ordinance.
   (a)   Schedule I - Permitted Uses.
      (1)   District F-1.
         A.   Principal Permitted Uses.
            1.   Public parks and playgrounds.
            2.   Outdoor recreation facilities.
            3.   Agricultural use.
         B.   Permitted Accessory Uses.
            1.   Signs.
            2.   Outdoor parking areas.
            3.   Other accessory uses customarily appurtenant to a principal permitted use.
         C.   Special Uses.
            1.   One-family detached dwellings and their related accessory uses as permitted in an R-1 District.
      (2)   District R-1.
         A.   Principal Permitted Uses.
            1.   One-family detached dwellings.
            2.   Churches and parish houses.
            3.   Libraries.
            4.   Public parks and playgrounds.
            5.   Governmental buildings and uses, including police and fire stations.

         A.   Principal Permitted Uses.
            1.   Local retail business or personal service establishments (such as grocery, drug, and hardware stores, meat or food markets, barber and beauty shops, shoe repair shops, and the like) where such uses are necessary to supply the daily living needs of the community.
            2.   Branch banks.
            3.   Eating and drinking establishments.
            4.   Governmental buildings and uses, including police and fire stations.
         B.   Permitted Accessory Uses.
            1.   Public and private parking and loading.
            2.   Signs.
            3.   Other accessory uses customarily appurtenant to a permitted use.
         C.   Special Uses.
            1.   Automobile filling, service and repair station where the principal operation is the sale of gasoline and oil.
            2.   Planned development groups, not including residential development groups.

            2.   Offices for professional, business, or banking purposes.

            3.   Warehouses and distribution plants.
