(a) Applicability. Applicable in entire territory served by the Spencer Plant.
(b) Availability of Service. Available for private fire protection service.
(c) Rate.
(1) Where connections, hydrants, sprinklers, etc. on private property are maintained by consumer:
2 inch Service Line with hydrants, sprinklers and/or hose connections - $4.84 per month 3 inch Service Line with hydrants, sprinklers and/or hose connections - $5.82 per month 4 inch Service Line with hydrants, sprinklers and/or hose connections - $7.76 per month 6 inch Service Line with hydrants, sprinklers and/or hose connections - $17.45 per month 8 inch Service Line with hydrants, sprinklers and/or hose connections - $31.00 per month 10 inch Service Line with hydrants, sprinklers and/or hose connections - $48.42 per month 12 inch Service Line with hydrants, sprinklers and/or hose connections - $69.75 per month |
(2) Where connections and hydrants on private
property are maintained by the City:
Each fire hydrant $20.18 per month
(3) These terms are payable monthly in advance.
