921.04 WHEN A CONNECTION TO THE SANITARY SEWER IS REQUIRED.

Any building or structure within the meaning of Section 921.02 and located on land which abuts upon a street or other public way containing a sanitary sewer must be equipped with sanitary sewer disposal facilities connected to such sanitary sewer.
