All private clubs, as defined in West Virginia Code 60-7-2, the premises of which are situated within the corporate limits of the City and which are operated for a profit inuring to the benefit of their owners, shall pay to the City an annual license fee for a license issued under the provisions of West Virginia Code Article 60-7, as follows:
(a) Annual License. Issued to fraternal, veterans or social club $375.00 (b) Annual License. Private club other than fraternal, veterans or social with over 1000 members 500.00 (1977 Code 2-301.) |
