753.01 DEFINITIONS CONTAINED IN STATE NONINTOXICATING BEER ACT AND IN STATE ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CONTROL ACT APPLY.

Words and phrases defined in West Virginia Code 11-16-3, 60-1-5 and 60-72 shall have the same meanings are therein defined, wherever such words and phrases are used in this article.
