365.09 INJURING OR TAMPERING WITH METERS OR PARKING METER FINE DEPOSITORIES.

No person shall deface, injure, tamper with, open, or willfully break, destroy or impair the usefulness of any parking meter or parking meter fine depository installed under the provisions of this article.
