The City shall issue parking permits issued in the office of the Mayor for monthly parking permits. Parking permits must be displayed in the lower right hand corner of the windshield of a motor vehicle.
(a) Parking permits shall be fourteen dollars ($14.00) and will allow daily parking in only the ten hour parking areas (Area 4).
(b) Parking permits shall not allow in short term parking areas (Area 2) or two hour parking areas (Area 3), handicapped parking or loading zones. Individuals with parking permits parking in Area 2, Area 3, Handicapped Parking or Loading Zones shall pay requisite parking fees or be assessed fines as provided herein.
