133.12 EMPLOYEES TO BE COVERED BY WORKERS' COMPENSATION.

All employees of the Authority eligible thereto are deemed to be within the Workers' Compensation Act of West Virginia, and premiums on their compensations shall be paid by the Authority as required by law.
