133.08 AGREEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH OBTAINING FUNDS.

The Spencer Development Authority may, in connection with obtaining funds for its purposes, enter into any agreement with any person, firm, or corporation, including the federal government, or any agency or subdivision thereof, containing such provisions, covenants, terms, and conditions as the Authority may deem advisable.
