The municipal court judge in their discretion shall have the ability to set courts costs and notice/summons fees in addition to issuing penalties under Section 171.99. Therefore, court costs shall be set at sixty dollars ($60.00). Notice/summons fees shall be set at twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for those failing to appear for any of their scheduled hearing dates. This notice/summons fee is in addition to the issuance of any capias or other action deemed appropriate by the municipal court judge based upon their failure to appear for their hearing.
