171.06 SESSIONS OF COURT.

The Municipal Court shall meet at times set by the Municipal Court Judge under general conditions prescribed by the City Council. Sessions of Court shall not be held on weekends or legal holidays, recognized by the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals or on snow days recognized by the Circuit Court of Roane County.
