§ 155.07 INTERFERENCE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to prevent, delay or interfere with the city or any of its agents engaged in the planting, cultivation, mulching, pruning, spraying, inspecting or removing of any trees within the city as authorized by this subchapter.
