§ 155.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Upon conviction, such person shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100. Prosecution or conviction under this provision shall never be a bar to any other remedy or relief for violation of this chapter.
