§ 115.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   A violation of § 115.10 will be a Class 2 misdemeanor.

   (C)   Any person violating the provisions of § 115.12(A) is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.

   (D)   Notwithstanding any other remedy or penalty provided by state law, any licensee violating the provisions of § 115.13 (first offense) is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor and subject to a $300 fine. Any licensee violating the provisions of this section (second offense) is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor and subject to a $500 fine. Any licensee violating the provisions of this section (third offense) is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor, subject to a $500 fine, and shall have its permit revoked.
