§ 115.12 CONSUMPTION AND POSSESSION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN PUBLIC PLACES RESTRICTED.
   (A)   Subject to the exceptions in § 115.13, it is unlawful for any person to consume any alcoholic beverage upon the premises of an on-sale licensee if the alcoholic beverage was not purchased from the on-sale licensee.
   (B)   Subject to the exceptions in division (B) below, it is unlawful for any person to consume any alcoholic beverage in any public place, other than upon the licensed premises of an on-sale licensee.
