(A) Connection of the building sanitary sewer to the public sanitary sewer shall conform to requirements of the building and plumbing codes or other applicable rules and regulations of the Water Pollution Control Federation Manual of Practice No. 9, Design, and Construction of Sanitary and Storm Sewers. Any deviation from the prescribed procedures and materials must receive prior approval by the village.
(B) The applicant for the building sanitary sewer permit shall notify the connection inspector when the building sewer is ready for connection with the sanitary sewer. The connection shall be made under the supervision of the connection inspector or his or her representative.
