(A) In all buildings in which any building sanitary drain is too low to permit gravity flow to the sanitary sewer, sewage to be carried by such drain shall be lifted by approved means and discharged to the sanitary sewer.
(B) Where the sanitary sewer is more than 12 feet deep measured from established street grade, a riser shall be constructed on the sewer using methods and materials approved by the village.
