§ 52.28 LOCATION.
   (A)   The building sanitary sewer and any potable water line shall be located at least ten feet apart. However, these pipes may be installed in the same trench if the water pipe is always 18 inches above the building sanitary sewer and on an undisturbed shelf on the opposite side of the trench from the sanitary sewer.
   (B)   Whenever possible, the building sanitary sewer shall be brought to the building at an elevation below the basement floor. No building sanitary sewer shall be laid parallel to and within three feet of any bearing wall. Minimum depth of the building sanitary sewer at the property line shall be eight and one-half feet below the established street grade. Where this minimum depth cannot be obtained, the building sanitary sewer shall be laid within a rise of one-fourth inch per foot.
