§ 52.04 USE OF VILLAGE SEWERS.
   (A) Users shall not place, deposit or discharge into a sanitary sewer any industrial waste or discharge, meaning liquid wastes from industrial, manufacturing, trade or business processes or wastewater discharge from any structure or building with similar characteristics as distinct from normal domestic sewage.
   (B)   The payment of all necessary fees shall be the responsibility of the owner of the premises seeking connection to or using of sanitary system. All connections shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the village. The owner shall apply to connect to the village sanitary sewer. Such application shall be reviewed and, if acceptable, approved by the village.
