This chapter shall be administered by the Township Supervisor, Township Zoning Administrator, or their designated agent(s). The rules, regulations, and standards imposed by this chapter shall be considered to be the minimum requirements for the protection of the public health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the township; and in interpreting and applying them, primary consideration shall be given to these factors.
