§ 155.007 APPROVALS.
   The following procedure must be completed in order for a subdivision to receive approval by the township:
   (A)   Preliminary plat approval by the Planning Commission;
   (B)   Preliminary plat approval by the Township Board – Step I;
   (C)   Preliminary plat approval by the Township Board – Step II;
   (D)   Final plat approval by the Township Board.
