§ 94.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   If any overdue borrower, after receiving by certified mail the notice described in § 94.01 of this chapter, fails within 30 days to return such overdue materials or pay the reasonable value thereof, such person shall be responsible for violation of §§ 94.01 and 94.02 of this chapter.

      (2)   Any person, corporation, firm or other entity who violates any provision of §§ 94.01 and 94.02 of this chapter, including division (B)(1) above, is responsible for a municipal civil infraction, subject to payment of a civil fine, the amount of which shall be set by the township from time to time, plus costs and other sanctions, for each violation, as authorized by § 10.99 of this code of ordinances and other applicable laws. Repeat offenses under §§ 94.01 and 94.02 of this chapter shall be subject to increased fines in the amounts as provided by § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
