§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, corporation, firm or other entity who violates any provision of §§ 92.01 through 92.05 of this chapter is responsible for a municipal civil infraction, subject to payment of a civil fine, the amount of which shall be set by the township from time to time, plus costs and other sanctions, for each violation, as authorized by § 10.99 of this chapter and other applicable laws. Repeat offenses under §§ 92.01 through 92.05 of this chapter shall be subject to increased fines in the amounts as provided by § 10.99 of this chapter.

   (C)   (1) Any person, corporation, firm or other entity who violates any provision of §§ 92.20 through 92.26 of this chapter is responsible for a municipal civil infraction, subject to payment of a civil fine, the amount of which shall be set by the township from time to time, plus costs and other sanctions, for each violation, as authorized by § 10.99 of this code of ordinances and other applicable laws. Repeat offenses under §§ 92.20 through 92.26 of this chapter shall be subject to increased fines in the amounts as provided by § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
      (2)   The imposition of a civil infraction sanction for any violation shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue; and all such persons shall be required to correct or remedy such violations or defects within a reasonable time; and, when not otherwise specified, each ten days that prohibited conditions are permitted to continue shall constitute a new violation of §§ 92.20 through 92.26 of this chapter.
      (3)   Any person who sets an open fire which necessitates calling the township’s Fire Department or any other fire department shall pay to the township all costs and charges incurred by said township by reason of calling the township’s Fire Department or any other fire department. The township may sue in any court of competent jurisdiction for civil damages and may recover such costs and expenses incurred by it from any person, firm, partnership, association or corporation who sets such an open fire.
