For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CLOSED. A container having a top of solid metal or with perforations or spaces therein not exceeding one inch in diameter in any one of said spaces.
FIRE CHIEF. The Chief of Sparta Township Fire Department.
