(A) Grease, oil and sand interceptors shall be provided when determined by the village to be necessary for proper handling of liquid wastes containing ingredients described in § 52.35 of this chapter.
(B) All interceptors shall be of the type and capacity as prescribed by the village. All interceptors shall be located so as to be readily and easily accessible for cleaning and inspection.
(C) Interceptors shall not be required for private living quarters or dwelling units.
