§ 151.04 MATERIAL USED IN CONSTRUCTION OF WALLS.
   The walls of all buildings, other than frame or wooden buildings, shall be constructed of brick, iron or other hard, incombustible material. All rules, regulations and requirements contained in the Building Code shall apply.
