§ 151.01 COMPLIANCE.
   All buildings in the town shall be constructed to comply with the State Building Codes and any applicable town building codes or zoning ordinances and all construction in the town shall be inspected by the Town or County Building Inspector, whichever is applicable. Town water and sewer shall not be connected in the town limits until inspected by the Building Inspector.
