§ 71.06 USE OF COASTERS, ROLLER SKATES AND SIMILAR DEVICES RESTRICTED.
   No person shall ride roller skates, skateboards, coasters, toy vehicle or similar device on any street or highway, sidewalk or public vehicular area unless specific written permission is provided to the Town Police Department from the property owners.
