§ 70.39 SCHOOL ZONES.
   Whenever authorized signs are placed designating a school zone, any person driving a vehicle through a zone (whenever school is in session and during the designated time periods as depicted on the sign) shall conform to the posted speed limit; all persons shall exercise the greatest care and vigilance because of the proximity of children.
