§ 152.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   The Building Inspector may determine, upon due investigation, that a violation of the minimum standards of this chapter exist and after the owner fails after ten days notice to correct his or her property, the city may make application to the Circuit Court for an injunction requiring conformance with this chapter or make any other order as the court sees necessary to secure compliance with this chapter.

   (B)   Any person who violates this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $75, nor more than $750. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. Failure to comply with the requirements of a permit or conditions of a variance resolution shall be deemed to be a violation of this chapter. Nothing herein shall prevent the city from taking any other lawful action to prevent or remedy any violations. All costs connected therewith shall accrue to the person or persons responsible.
