§ 112.15 PARADES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to conduct or exhibit any parade connected with a circus, carnival or fair in or on any public street, alley or other public way or place in the city, unless a permit therefor is first obtained from the City Clerk.
   (B)   A permit required by this section shall specify the route to be followed.
